Next, we Plan the Harvest of your campaign, and clarify WHAT you’re selling and WHO you’re selling it to. This is where we package your particular service to align with the wants and needs of your IDEAL client, and differentiate it to give you a unique strategic advantage.

Step 3: TILL

It’s been said that branding is bullsh*t. But the thing about bullsh*t is it makes great fertilizer. Just like a farmer tills the ground and prepares the soil to create a more fertile environment to produce a greater yield, we’ll align your brand messaging and content to rapidly create familiarity, trust, and credibility with your IDEAL client.

Step 4: SOW

Preparing the Soil doesn’t grow anything by itself. A seed must be planted. That’s why we develop your Seed Offers, then manage ads and content to promote them, in the most cost-effective ways possible. Those seeds then sprout into opportunities that grow into paying clients.

Step 5: TEND

Seedlings have to be nurtured and protected to produce a harvest. And so do your leads. Yes. We’re actually both. Some of our clients have a team in place, and only need strategic alignment and guidance. Others need some more support, and that’s where our agency services, and network of colleagues, come into play.

But everyone has their line in the water… Client Cultivation™ is a longer approach, but allows our clients to develop a systematic process for producing more of the clients that appreciate their unique ability to solve problems.

Every client is different. Your branding and marketing may be on point, but your intake and sales are slacking. Or you may be closing more than 80%, but your lead flow is just a trickle. Or you may just want more of your ideal clients or to promote a specific service. That’s why Client Cultivation™ is a cycle. We can start supporting the stage that’s most needed.

Our goal isn’t just to get you more clients. It’s to help you to understand your marketing and sales strategy. That’s why we’ll meet one-on-one on a weekly basis to review progress, train you and your team, brainstorm solutions to your unique obstacles, and support your decision making.

That’s actually our goal. We ultimately want you to fully own your Client Cultivation system. That means training your team, and you, on the methodology. We’ll put it into place, and support your team until they’re even better at it than us. And if you need help growing a team, we can help with that, too.

It won’t be overnight, that’s for sure. Sometimes we do identify some gaps that can be closed very quickly, and you will see activity immediately. Cultivation is by nature a longer process, however. Analyzing everything and putting in a full campaign will generally take 6-8 weeks, and then we will continue optimizing.
